Made in stainless steel and cast iron smooth or ribbed plates, they are equipped with armored heating elements and thermostat to control the temperature. They are protected by safety thermostats and supplied with a drawer to collect the juices resulting from cooking. The Hot Plates are equipped with isolated handles and delivered with a stainless steel brush to clean them. They have double thermostats and independent top plates to allow separate cooking. Cooking zones: Single 340x230 mm; Double 480x230 mm.
